14-Day Grand Northern and Southern Circuit Safari

14-Day Grand Northern and Southern Circuit Safari

The busy north and the quiet south in one, with flights between them.

Duration

14 days / 13 nights

Starts in

Arusha

Guiding

Private expert guide

From

$5,655 per person

Highlights

Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater in the north.

Ruaha and Nyerere in the south for walks, boats and empty roads.

Scheduled flights link the two circuits, so you spend your days in the wild.

Overview

The north gives you the famous names. The south gives you quiet and variety. Combining them shows you two very different sides of Tanzanian wildlife in one trip.

The pace is easier than it sounds, because flights replace the long drives between the circuits. See Ruaha and Nyerere.

Frequently asked questions

Is it too much?
Fourteen days feels full but spacious, with several nights at each stop. If you would like more rest, we can drop one park or add a beach stay.
Can we change the itinerary?
Yes. Every safari can be adapted: dates, lodges, number of nights and the parks you visit. Tell us what matters and we rebuild the plan.
What is the best time to go?
Wildlife viewing is good all year. The dry season from June to October is easiest for game drives, while the green season has fewer visitors and lower prices.
