4-Day Northern Circuit Safari
Tarangire, a night in the Serengeti, and the crater on the way home.
Duration
4 days / 3 nights
Starts in
Arusha
Guiding
Private expert guide
From
$1,590 per person
Highlights
One proper night inside the Serengeti, not a picnic at Naabi and back.
Tarangire on the way in so the first animals are elephant, not dashboard dust.
Ngorongoro on the way out, when you already know how a game drive works.
Overview
Four days is the first itinerary we are willing to put the word Serengeti on. You still only sleep there once, which means Seronera, not Kogatende. If the river crossing is why you came, this is the wrong page; use the 6-Day Migration Safari.
The road is long. We start early on day two, take the crater highlands, and we do not add a full crater descent on the same day you enter the Serengeti. That crater day is saved for day four so you are not paying NCAA fees with a tired vehicle and a tired brain.
